The 3rd NexTech Academy Achievement Presentation, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (MOEA), was successfully held from November 21–22 at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel, bringing together more than 80 enterprises across Taiwan to showcase their progress and strategies in digital transformation and succession planning.
Through the NexTech Academy’s co-learning program, Torng Yaw Co., Ltd. completed a series of initiatives, including digitalization assessment, transformation strategy planning, and the adoption of practical tools. With the guidance of digital mentors and industry coaches, we identified key challenges in our operations and mapped out a dedicated blueprint for smart manufacturing and sustainable development.
At this year’s presentation, Torng Yaw stood out among the participants and, together with four other companies (Dong Da Xing Foods, Jin Tai Industrial, Chao Hui Industrial, and Yi Sheng Industrial), successfully advanced to next year’s Benchmark Practical Program. This marks a new stage for us to further implement our transformation strategies and strengthen our commitments to smart manufacturing and ESG practices.
General Manager Daniel Chen stated: “At Torng Yaw, we remain committed to our spirit of ‘Make Win-Win and Shining Glory Together.’ By leveraging digital tools and cross-industry collaboration, we aim to accelerate our progress in OEM/ODM manufacturing, smart factory solutions, and sustainable development, while continuing to create long-term value with our global partners.
